Your journey begins with a shinkansen transfer from Tokyo to Nagano, placing you directly into the spiritual heartland of Togakushi. Upon meeting your private guide, you are seamlessly transferred to Togakushi Kogen. The morning is dedicated to alpine pleasure, offering flexible options for exhilarating snow play—including sledding and tubing—or optional skiing at the quiet, scenic resort. The day's profound cultural immersion begins in the afternoon. You will explore Togakushi Chusha (Middle Shrine), where your guide will share the ancient Shinto myths of the Sun Goddess and the mountain's origins. The journey culminates with a revered walk along the Avenue of Giant Cedar Trees, where centuries-old cedars, cloaked in snow, form an iconic and breathtaking pilgrimage path.
